Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original tags and packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on archery strings, custom-made arrows, or any personalized apparel. All gun care products are also final sale due to chemical handling regulations.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear RifleWorksShop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Details of item(s) for return/exchange: – Product Name: – Quantity: – Reason for return/exchange: For exchanges, please specify the replacement item you would prefer (including product code if possible). I confirm that the item(s) are in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Thank you, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Number]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping address (our warehouse in Washington, US)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival at our warehouse), we will notify you via email about the approval status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (processing time depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For approved exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the replacement is of lower value, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
